Here you won’t find gourmet dishes to look at in silence: here you bite, you share, you lick your fingers.
The absolute star? The schiaccia – the Tuscan kind, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, stuffed until you can hardly close it.
We stuff it with serious things: cured meats, cheeses, seasonal vegetables, local goodies you can’t find in the supermarket. But we also add a bit of fantasy… because we like tradition, but reinventing it is even more fun.
